Lumière Bakestudio ("we", "us") is a small, independent ceramics studio in Dehradun. We collect only the information we need to run your booking, reply to your enquiry, and remember you across your visits.

What we collect

• Booking details: your name, email, phone number, chosen date and batch.
• Course applications: your name, email, phone, experience level and a short note about your intent.
• Enquiries: your name, email or phone, and your message.
• Payment: handled entirely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details — we only receive a confirmation of payment.

How we use it

• To confirm and manage your booking, and to reach you about it.
• To reply to your application or enquiry.
• To let you know when your finished pieces are ready.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing emails without your consent.

Who else sees it

• Razorpay — for processing payments.
• Our backend hosting — a secure database that stores your booking record.
• Email service — to send you booking confirmations.

Retention & your rights

We keep booking and application records for as long as needed for our tax and accounting obligations under Indian law. You may ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information at any time by writing to harshita@lumierebakestudio.com.

Cookies

The website uses only the essential cookies required to run bookings and payments. We do not run advertising trackers.
