Cancellation & Refunds

All bookings at Lumière Bakestudio are made on 100% advance payment. This holds your seat, your wheel, and the clay we prepare for you.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any booking — experiences, Kids Club sessions, day passes, memberships or course fees.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once to another available slot, provided you inform us at least 6 hours before your batch. Requests made later than that, and no-shows, are treated as a used seat.

Cancellations by the studio

In the rare event we cannot run a session, we will reach out to reschedule you to the next available slot at no additional cost.
