Terms of Service

These terms govern bookings and services made on lumierebakestudio.com and at our studio at 916, Indira Nagar Colony, Dehradun — 248006, operated by Lumière Bakestudio (GST 05GQOPK2337C1ZY).

Bookings & payment

• All bookings are on 100% advance payment via Razorpay.
• Prices listed are per participant and include 18% GST.
• Firing and finishing are included for experience and Kids Club bookings; firing for outside makers is billed separately per our firing chart.

Rescheduling & no-shows

• One reschedule permitted with at least 6 hours of notice before your batch.
• Later requests and no-shows are treated as a used seat.
• Refunds are not offered — see our Cancellation & Refunds page.

At the studio

• Please arrive 5 minutes before your batch. Wear clothes you don't mind getting clay on.
• Children under 6 are not part of the Kids Club age band (6–12). Adults accompany kids only at drop-off.
• Pieces you make are held by us through drying, bisque and glaze firings (typically 3–4 weeks) before pickup.

Custom firing services

Outside makers using our kiln do so at their own risk. We take every reasonable care, but ceramic work carries an inherent risk of cracking or warping during firing. Load scheduling is confirmed directly with Harshita.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand having jurisdiction.
